Nancy Ellen (Irving) Schriber

Nancy Ellen (Irving) Schriber, 88, of Lincoln, passed away January 3, 2025, at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield.
Graveside services will be Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 11 AM in New Union Cemetery. Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Nancy was born June 25, 1936, in Lincoln, the daughter of Robert and Ellen (Connor) Irving. She married Ronald Schriber April 18, 1949. He survives.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a homemaker and a life-long Lincoln resident. Nancy enjoyed making ceramic figurines, baking, playing the lottery and slot machines.
Surviving are her husband Ronald Schriber; children: Ronald (Diane) Schriber, Sue Mote (Dick George), Rodger (Marsha) Schriber, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded death by her parents, brothers: William “Peck” Irving, Robert “Butch” Irving, Gary Irving, son Harold Schriber, grandson Clint Schriber ,and great grandson Logan Mote.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s or Boys town.
