Peggy Ann Lahmeyer, 87, of Lincoln, passed away peacefully December 28, 2024. Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home. Burial will be on June 3, 2025 at 10 AM in Camp Butler National Cemetery.
Peggy was born January 8, 1937 in Broadwell, IL., the daughter of Ray A. Leathers and Carrie E. Wilker Hahn.
Surviving is a son Kevin Lee Nichols, stepdaughter Penny Lahmeyer Warren, stepson Burly Lahmeyer, sister Jean Leathers Mellott Cypher, and sister-in-law Sandy Leathers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Perry N. Nichols, and brothers James Robert “Buck” Leathers and Jackie Ray Leathers.
