Julia A. Shoemaker

Julia A. Shoemaker, 60, of Mt. Pulaski, IL., passed away October 30, 2025, at Memorial Hospital of Springfield.

Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry& Bennett Funeral Home. A memorial visitation will be held from 10AM until 12 Noon on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025, at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home. Memorial services will follow at 12 Noon with Casey McCormick officiating.

Julia was born April 27, 1965, in Greenville, IL., the daughter of Norris Lutz and Priscilla (Haley) Boehl. Julia married Dale Wilham and they later divorced. They had two children: Brandy and Jess.

Survivors include her parents: Norris (Barb) Lutz and Priscilla Boehl; daughter Brandy (Landon) Hutchcraft; grandchildren: Alexis Byrne, Blake (Kassie) Byrne, and Hendrix James; great granddaughter Wrenlee Mae Byrne; sisters Cindy (Larry) Conaway, Vicki (John) Brickey, and Motika (Danny) Brammeier. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her son Jess Wilham and her ex-husband Dale Wilham.

Memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
