Robert Lee Goodey

Robert Lee Goodey, 68, of Jacksonville, passed away February 23, 2022.
Cremation rites were accorded by Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home.
Burial will be at 2 PM Friday, March 25, 2022, at Camp Butler Nation Cemetery with full military rites.
Robert was born August 13, 1953, in Jacksonville, the son of Howard Goodey and Marilyn (Henderson) Goodey. He loved his 2 dogs, also loved to hunt, fish, play pool, and spend time with friends. He always had an exaggerated fishing story or a joke to tell. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp from 1970-1979.
Surviving are two sons, steps sons and daughters, multiple grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and a son.
